There seems to be mixed reviews on this. Not surprising since everyone has different taste buds! As long as complaints are not about service or freshness then there is nothing they should change. No one size fits all. I personally went twice and both times were good experiences. The tom yum soup is particularly good. Now, my reference of good means it is not overly sour and spicy.
