"So spent nearly £60 on Indian food. Arrive in 1hr when told 30mins. Wrong rice, prawns were tiny, overcooked and like rubber, completely inedible. Rang up to complain and was accused of eating the meal and then complaining, accused of trying to pull a fast one. Offered to show them the food but guy still rude and argumentative. Told them I would never use their takeaway again and all I was offered was a replacement next time. Refused any refund. Worst food, at ridiculous prices, even my dog turned it's nose up at what I wouldn't eat. Absolute rip-off merchants."
