This upstairs location overlooking the main street in Banff was a hidden gem. We were seated by the window allowing us to see the rooftops and mountains beyond....

Unique lattes and fairly good service I've only tried the E-Bar once, so I will have to give a few more tries to really get a good idea.

Move over Tim Hortons, Starbucks, and Phil & Sebastian because believe it or not Nordstrom's E-Bar has won me over as a loyal returning customer for Chinook

"The calamari puttenesca was far too salty (I do love salt). I had the icelandic Cod. Beautiful presentation, under seasoned and not hot enough in temperature for me; it was more luke warm. "So yummy!! The crust was nice and crisp and had a light layer of sauce which I love. My husband got the meatball calzone and it had great flavor too. Topped everything with the chili oil. Would eat here again. Chill vibe inside and friendly staff."

"We loved it! To the point that on our second visit I couldn't help and order the short ribs for the second time... everything we tasted was absolutely amazing. Our server was chatty (definitely in a positive way), there's great ambience. I'm truly surprised this place doesn't have better rating."

"My first time with a beavertail and it was undoubtedly a WOW moment. The crispy pastry was absolutely delightful as I expected more from a donut base. The blows were incredible, very sweet, which can be good or bad. That said it was delicious. Had the Avalanche and tried the brwownie."

"Superb ice cream! I have been to three different locations across Canada and have not been disappointed once. There is an option to get the cone in a cup if you'd rather eat with a spoon as well. The only thing I would not recommend are the milkshakes; not because they are bad, but because I think the ice cream and cone are too good to pass up on."

"Yo, this place is live!! It was like being back in a popping Vegas bar where I'm from, great ambience and environment. Apparently all pitchers of beer cost the same which is odd but okay. Pool tables, foosball, bowling and whatever that basketball game is. Went there both nights I was in town!"

"Farm and fire is a great place to catch brunch. The Little Piggy Bowl is my personal favorite, very tasty and fill. Hadn't found it without the help of our server Sophie, who was amazing!
