"Firstly don't pay for parking if your going to tour the place with your own bike or car, it's a scam they ask for parking money at entry regardless. The food options are nice and reasonable. Kashmiri kahwa is a good tea to drink and gets you fresh. Try their cookies they are really tasty."

"We were staying at the Hotel Alpine Ridge, so we had dinner at the Alpine Lounge which is the restaurant of the hotel. The place is well designed & spacious, but dimly lit with loud music & there was a large Punjabi Group who were a bit drunk and were behaving a little Boisterous. This was a major put off. They kept on with their revelry until the Manager came, put off the music & told them to stop dancing & prancing around. The food also was quite average & nothing to really write home about. I am sure that there are better restaurants in Gulmarg that serve good food too."

"We stumbled upon this lovely restaurant in Gulmarg and couldn’t be more Pleased . The food was absolutely delicious and made with love and care by gracious and hospitable Javed! Javed went out of his way to make us feel comfortable , making the perfect, homely Kashmiri meal . A highlight of Gulmarg and our trip there we highly recommend Pines View Restaurant"

"It is a beautifully designed themencafé on pirates of Caribbean film. they serve some delicious burgers, Kathi rolls, pasta, pizza, coffee. the management only has to do the commands right and do not screw them up."
