"Admirable! homemade bread if !!!, butcher meat, very good homemade fries it cuts potatoes. We loved each other and I am admirative of the proposed quality! Excellent value for money! "Wonderful wonderful food and service at the best restaurant in Carcassonne. We ate here twice the food and service warranted it. The tartine, the daily menu and the incredible desserts (brioche perdu, tiramisu) everything was special, locally sourced and served with humour and passion. We highly recommend Le Bistroquet!"
