"What an unplanned surprise ! Food was amazing and so fresh, could not fault anything! Service and staff were excellent and so informative and knowledgeable...can't believe I only found this place now when I'm leaving Galway...best of luck to all at la Collina in the future, next time I'm in Galway I'll be back for sure."

"The people here are great. bookings are a good idea because it is busy, but they always try to accommodate. eating is a high standard. I recommend the place when they go on like this, they should jump in!"

"Wonderful pullman restaurant review "we recently relied on us at the pullman restaurant during our stay at the glenlo abbey hotel and had a fantastic night. the food was delicious and our waiter daniel was absolutely fabulous. 10/10 for food, service and ambiente. wew will be back on tripadvisor."

"There doesn’t seem to be a lot of wine bars in Ireland, but I’m so glad for this one. Alina was so sweet and helpful, and both the food and wine were delicious. This cozy little place is a must go if you love wine!"

"My husband and I celebrated our wedding over a period of two days. On Friday last we had our civil ceremony with our parents and son which we followed up with a meal at the Brassaire....however we had a very tough run up to it as our little boy wasn't feeling too well!! The staff at the Braissaire turned our day around for the better. With an incredibly warm welcome, they completely understood when we were delayed in ordering. The food was simply perfect and they catered to all our needs. The wine as always was just gorgeous. They were all just lovely!! Three days later we went back to celebrate my birthday with lunch in the bar and again it was impossible to fault either the service or the food. Thank you to Eimear and her team for contributing to our wonderful weekend."
