Bento Sushi - Feedback

What Alex Gan doesn't like about Bento Sushi:
The quality of sushi here went down. Not sure if it's a new chef. California rolls have now almost no avocado, you can barely see it, rice is very dry despite that it was way too far from the expiration date. The presentation of sushi is not as appealing as it used to be. I gave it a second try and still the same after a few weeks. North of Barrie location and Collingwood so far had the best Bento sushi.
