Do not get a burger! Completely unseasoned smash burger that was nicely charred on the outside but mushy paste on the inside. I spent the rest of the night with an upset stomach after the quarter I managed to eat. This was the same with every one elses burgers. The poutine was really good though and Josie was very nice. The woman who served my fiancé and I was so energetic!! Lifted up my mood immediately! His poutine was the best he’s ever had, very cheesy. Definitely filled his bowl up. My sausage was perfect, the bun was toasted it looked, and it was the best sausage I’ve ever had. I have been to a lot of chip trucks, especially in Barrie. As money get tight people are looking for a deal. Hoping to get what they pay for. Josie’s seems to try to tick the boxes but comes short. Fries are average, under seasoned, little small not thick and crispy. I paid over $7.00 for a small fries and pop. That’s kinda expensive when you think it only took them 1 1/2 potatoes to make my order. Give people quality, portions and crispy fries. And don’t control the salt, pepper and ketchup by limiting them to how much they can have. I will try again some day hopefully I just came on a bad day.
