"Just had the best fish and chips ever. And only paid £5.80 for beautiful cod in crispy batter, hot non greasy chips and wonderful mushy peas. Very friendly staff Every thing is fresh and made to order so you may have to wait a few minutes but it is well worth it. Will definitely come again before leaving Ulverston."

"Nice and relaxing beer garden with bunch of cute birds. Friendly staff, they said food might take a while as it was busy but it arrived swiftly. Large portions at a very good value. The young guy serving us was extremely nice."
