In der Alten Brennerei dreht sich fast alles ums Bier. Im Glas die Bierspezialitäten der hauseigenen Brauerei, im Teller u.a. die Biersuppe (die beste, die ich je gegessen habe) oder das Bieramisu. Oder zum abschliessenden Espresso ein Bierbrand. Aber auch die Wildsau ist in der gemütlichen Dorfbeiz ein Thema: z.B. die ausgezeichneten Wildsaubratwürste. it's the third time we visited the old distillery. what a great place to reach after some hikes in beautiful valley! the beer is really great and definitiw the trip for all the beer aficionados there are some local wine. also for the others! the bar/restaurant is also really nice with a large terrace. the service is unfortunately terrible, limit unfriendly got the beer on the table without comment, ordered after almo...
