Bei die Tunfischvosrpeise war die Sauce eindeutig zu sauer.Bei der Hauptspeise: Hummer mit Risotto (gute Konstistenz) und Wolfbsbarsch-Carpaccio auf Kartoffel-Espuma, war es mir einfach zu unstimmig.
