Great customer service! They were out of cucumber for my daughter’s happy meal so they offered me an alternative; however my daughter is pretty fussy and everything they suggested she wouldn’t eat. The lady (her name may have been Cally or Carly) insisted we couldn’t go without so gave us a chocolate brownie instead. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's Restaurants:
The staff don't seem to know what they're doing during busy periods. Every single Friday, they're short staffed, running around trying to make the food! I recently waited 20 minutes for a meal, then had to wait another ten minutes for my drinks! Terrible service! They also can't handle deliveries.
