"My husband and I love this place, but as we're looking for vegan options we are sometimes limited. However we were thrilled to see a vegan curry on the specials board and to hear that they are now offering a vegan curry every weekend so...we'll be back more often. It was a cherry tomato, spinach and chickpea curry and it was absolutely delicious. Served with a friendly smile in a Covid safe outdoor location. Definitely one of the best places to eat in the area. We are huge fans. Keep up the good work!"

"Come to this place for doner cababs which are highly recommend by me and the owner starts bragging about how good the burgers are. I wish I could post a picture. "Very good local and not just pub restaurant. I have enjoyed many nights. inside and outside offers very good food and drinks. it offers various entertainments between board games, sporting events on a projector, music and friendly staff. well located, right outside an inner city and the main street it is easy to reach from basingstoke, reading and the surrounding areas. an option is also public transport via bus, but only suggested during the day. I want to be back and have fun."
