What Havyatt likes about Johann Lafer:
Came here to celebrate our son’s engagement. We had the 5 course tasting menu, the pescatarian menu and the vegetarian menu. Excellent meal that everyone enjoyed. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly and everything was done extremely well. Lovely restaurant and a great table by the fire. View all feedback.

We were told about this place and when we looked up the details it mentioned a very nice secluded bar area so we thought we would try it. On arrival we were directed to the Bar area (no staff around for quite a while) eventually a barman turned up but when I was ordering he asked if we were a resident which I replied No he then said unfortunately we could not be served.
