I wasn't able to use the venue for my event, but wanted to acknowledge the prompt response to my inquiry, professional friendly tour with prepared folder, and lovely facility with lots of convenient items that come with the rental (like tables, gold chivari chairs, white tablecloths, and some basic decor items like votives, pillar candles, cake stands, etc).
