Rooms and toilet are clean. Bedsheets are clean. Instant shower water pressure is good. No hot water kettle in the room. Water dispenser is provided at the lift lobby. Hair dryer is provided on request. However some maintenance is required on the bidet as it is constantly leaking. The service is so bad. I once check in this hotel. I got unfunctional aircond. And i ask for a new room, the receptionist simply drag the time till half an hour. I was waiting for half an hour just to get a new room with proper aircond ventilation. N the price for 1 room with 2 queen bed is rm93 including breakfast. However, on that day, the receptionist ask me to add on another rm5 to add on bteakfast. One more thin... View all feedback.
