"A graduate-level course where no book (restaurant) is judged by its cover (entry). if they are looking for grandiose ambiente, eye-catching decor and average eating, they go somewhere else. when they eat more than the decoration, they put their forking phone down and go to talavera. they will not be disappointed. the proportions are typical American size, so they do not leave starving. when they get the nachos, ready to eat at home or come with an empty bauch and a joey Chestnut size appetit. their food is freshly prepared to order, and the ingredients are also fresh and tasteful. it is really a family business and operated business, and they are quite likely that the children are helped with their homework that is just an additional bonus. they can eat here and know that when they do, the money stays locally, and not to some huge business Q hundreds of miles away. if you've read that so far, why?"

"Great place, relaxed atmosphere, beautiful service. Throughly enjoyed the mussels and sausage dish. The Beers were fun. I went back on Sunday the difference was alarming The person working the door was obnoxious he wasn’t anywhere to be seen as we entered, we made our way to a window seat he refused to let us sit there sat us in the back of the restaurant it was not reserved after 50 mins he sat someone else there. People like that can ruin a place."

"AUTION: DELICIOUS Breakfast at any time! Oh, man, I was so happy that we found this cool diner before our hike in Hudson Highland State Park. The brunch we had was delicious, filled and very generous. We had three separate commands: Nutella Banans French toast (aka sky on earth), buttermilk pancakes with eggs and bacon, and an order of the western omelette accompanied by rye roasted and Homefries Everything was made with love, almost perfection! This place is really clean, has friendly waiters, and a cool 1950s Diner Vibe go. We will certainly come back, even if it is only to eat! I wish more places would have this house like Style Diner. Just a head up, the coffee is also amazing! Bring the family and enjoy! Ps: The portions are large."

"I've never deceived such an unprofessional restaurant in my life. We called today to deliver food, and they said I'm sorry. We live 6 miles from the place and she did it far. I told her that in the last 1.5 years we have delivered food with success, and tonight she said we're sorry we didn't deliever there. She yelled at me and hung up. Then I called back and now the story changed, she didn't have enough riders and hung up. I asked to talk to the owner and hang them up. She told me my order was 53.00 when the menu was 32.00. Seriously, what is wrong is this world. She lost me."
