"A small family run restaurant offering burgandy specialities and a vegetarian burger not amazing but perfectly ok if you are in a mixed group.Lots of sauces with the burger to make it tastier and would recommend the haricot verts. Didn’t see anything vegan, only veggie."

"Beautiful decorated and comfortable restaurant (although very noisy) and dishes are excellent. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by the quantities for the proposed prices. We had to share a small portion of two-way purée, served in a bowl to accompany our 2 dishes. For 2 x 27 euros the dish we would have enjoyed having each of our portion and not having to ask again. The plates were also very small (plat and cheese). Nothing to say, however, about the goodness of the staff. We were very well received."

"Oh my gosh. Well we have all had experiences that are absolutely unforgettable. This is one for me. Absolutely outstanding food and incredible service. A small but mighty menu that appears to change to the season. This restaurant is ran by a couple, and we were treated to so much information from one of the pair on what we were about to eat. I had pigeon (for the first time in my life) and was shocked by how tender it was. Other stand outs were the apple dessert and chocolate mousse. And, my goodness, I’ll never forget the mushroom and poached egg I had to start. Honestly talking about each dish seems like a waste of time. It doesn’t matter I don’t think you can have a bad plate be served to you here. It’s that good. Make a reservation right away!"

"Its a small and nice place, service was ok, but expected better. The food came quickly. But for a restaurant with a recommendation in the Michelin guide i think the food was just average. For me this was a disappointing. Maybe it was my pallet of to high expectations."

"Nice, easy staff. The terrace is very cute, full of flowers overlooking the fountain of Santenay. The kitchen is very good, homemade and it feels! *In terms of quantity I find this limit however. I'm not a big eater but the accompaniment of the main dish (potato mousse was very slow (sugar but in small quantity). *The bread served at the table was passable. Probably morning bread, not really fresh and for a restaurant of this range, with these rates, I want to eat a good bread to sauce my plate or for cheese. *Good choice of cheeses, large tray, with the possibility to take up to 5 different cheeses. (Warning the same we saw a little bit of shock put his fingers in when the tray was placed unattended... It would be interesting to propose small honey pots and/or dried fruit to accompany the cheeses, it would really be a plus! Despite these few very good points and all the dishes were very good!"

"A fantastic meal in a wonderful setting. Everything was beautifully presented and absolutely full of flavour. No way was this a case of style over substance. Not cheap, but worth every penny. The set lunch is great value."
