I really appreciate that Fusion takes the time to ensure that my meal is prepared vegan! They use separate equipment to make my roll or dish, which guarantees that there’s no cross-contamination with any meat components. I enjoy creating my own roll with tofu and a touch of sweetness! You can order sushi rolls based on dietary restrictions! There’s a vegan roll that you can customize as your heart desires. So fresh tasty and friendly staff.
Rolls are easy vegan and everything is well labeled. They have a tofu or mushroom base. Tofu is great. Mushrooms are just okay. Bowls can be vegan too. It's just really good too. Rolls are big.
Great location! I was there on a busy day. However, the speed of the line was great. The staff was friendly and efficient. This is a well-oiled machine. To make it even better, they bring bowls in! That was amazing!!! Recommend this place to everyone. You don't have to be a sushi lover who has other options.
I ordered a chicken rice roll with green onions, cream cheese, pineapple, avocado and cucumber. It was filled with a spicy Mayo-Teriyaki sauce with a crispy Tempoura crumb. It was great!!! Very fast and friendly staff. I just hope it's not like any other restaurant down there. Don't disappoint me! I love the healthy food we don't have much here.
