"The service was very slow, they were understaffed, even though we had booked. When the food finally arrived all eight of us were very disappointed with the meals we ordered, most were very ordinary or below average, the only meal fully eaten was kids nuggets and chips or the chips that accompanied each meal, even these were ordinary."

"Surprisingly good fish and chip. Don't let the shop front fools you, despite the classic looking frontage this fish and chip place actually delivers really great dish. Their selection is quite vary but we ordered the usual flake both fried and grill. Im glad to say that not only they really generous with the serving but the fish is really really fresh. Potato cakes also very very well cooked, this is the first time I saw this style of potato cakes which is different than your regular fish and chip shop. Chips are also nice and crisp again their chips is just different, fresh and tasty. The only think that I'm not a fan of is their stuffed mushrooms. Perhaps it's my tastebuds. Would I recommend it? "We were advised to book in advance when we dropped by a few hours earlier. On being seated we were told that there was no Sirloin steak or pumpkin salad. Having not viewed the menu we ordered an over priced bottle of wine. So with no sirloin, the options were limited to 3 different parmis a barra dish. Seriously, what pub has only one red meat dish on offer??? Service: 1 Location: 3"
