"Among the wine mountains of calais is a must for a vegan in the hunter valley. the menu in the offer is around vegan options with the vegetarian choices marked as “NV” or not vegan. vegan eating is not a nightought and this is in the delicious French provincial style dishes that spice local bush and use organic products. highly recommended if they are in the opposite. the menu changes seasonal, so they have a look at their website."

The wine selection did not disappoint like many restaurants. The menu offered a selection of favorites, including chef’s specialties like the best duck ever. The deserts were so tantalising we had to have two. We look forward to our next visit."

"We had breakfast at Simply D'Vine and the food and coffee is simply fabulous. We ordered avo feta smashed with grilled tomato, poached eggs and sour dough as well as the mushrooms with poached eggs. The staff said the smoked salmon and bacon were not available. The mushrooms dish is excellent, the taste and texture is well done and a tinge of truffle oil. If you like something less commercialise and rustic, you should visit this joint- it is not far not Hunter Valley Visitor Centre."
