Interesting food although flavours don't really work that well IMO. Everything is done in twos. You are forced to share with your eating partner because the plates are quite big, so if you don't agree you have a dilemma. Outdoor seating with pretty uncomfortable chairs " a la Harry Bertoia" without any kind of cushioning. Inside also very trendy but likewise very uncomfortable seating. Tried the Chicken Philly and it comes with onions and mushrooms standard.
Way overpriced for pizza that they make in the morning, put in the display case, and then it sits there all day waiting for somebody to order a slice, then

We were in Bellingen for just a one night stopover on our way up north and our host recommended Popla to us. We were highly pleased with the quality, presentation and balancing of each of the dishes. Thank you for a gorgeous and impressive meal! Good luck with everything.
Amazing food - truly inventive menu with local produce - inspired and inspiring menu. Staff were friendly, attentive and fun. Drinks and desert menu also excellent. The venue has had a wonderful makeover. 5⭐️ GO!
