We came here every day as it has outside umbrellas which are a godsend when Bellinzona is warm during summer. The caffè freddo is perfect, and as it's also a bakery, the panini were to be recommended. Really good service from the staff. The location is good if you're touring the nearby castles as it's on the trail so you'll pass it a few times. Also close to shopping. It has a sister establishment in Giubiasco too. What Amulya Joshi doesn't like about Peverelli:
We were drawn in by the good looking pastries. We had a light lunch and then ordered the pastries. I am sorry to report that the lunch was better than the pastries. The restaurant was crowded but the service was efficient. Lunch for two, with water cost €26 plus tip. It was worth the price. View all feedback.
I found the place during the walk around the city and was surprised that they offer a vegan breakfast menu: croissant filled with apricot jam and cappuccino with soy milk. both articles were really good, the croissant was still fresh and they made the cappuccino with soy milk without problems!
This time we found the service improved and maybe that was because it wasn't so busy? We enjoyed good coffee and cakes from a great selection.
Popped in for a quick coffee and we were served quickly, the tables were clean and the coffee delicious.
We stopped at lunch time for a light lunch. We had an unbelievable series of service gaffes starting with bringing somebody else's order at our table, spilling the mineral water on my wife's clothes, forgetting to bring her the toast she ordered, than bringing it...without the cheese mentioned in the menu. Also, no menu in other language than Italian seems odd for a restaurant located in the main square of the city who must make much of their money from tourists. Food was OK (when it came) and coffee very good.
