What Howard Braun likes about Bayou:
For the first time. The Gumbo was delicious and easy enough heat. I had a Cajun Penne Pasta special, that was great. Many sausages, chicken and ham... only the right amount of heat... the part was big enough to be full and take a few home! My friend had the shrimp gods.
