Authentic Bagels Great Service. Docs makes Bagels the authentic way cooked not steamed, before baking and you can taste the difference. No need for toasting (even if I do), because the bagels are so fresh. They are also so efficient here. I often send my son in to get 3 or 4 bagels with shimmer while I go next to the Starbucks. He's always done before me, no matter how short the Starbucks line is. View all feedback.
Finally, the lines always remained here. They serve real classic bagels and they serve it well. You can even see the tub where they make it behind the counter....
