Take away lunches, inc Scalloped potatoes, broccoli cauliflower morney are available from 11.30 and are delicious

"Visited this place on my way back from MtHotham, and can tell is one the most friendly, lovely and nice place to stop for a meal and beer. The service and people around are very nice, we love the design with chimneys to keep you warm, and a lovely all green backyard to sit and relax. We now have added this place as one of the mandatory stops on our way to the snow."

"We enjoyed a meal at this Chinese restaurant when visiting Benalla recently. Kim Wah was full to capacity midweek and take away business was brisk. The staff handled the busy dining room competently and our meal was delivered in a timely way. The menu was typical traditional Aussie Chinese so no surprises there but the dishes we chose were tasty and servings quite generous. I imagine food would be very consistent at Kim Wah as the place runs like a well-oiled machine."

"Hollywoods menu has great variety. Yummy potato pizza, generous ribs and burgers with excellent chips, pasta marinara. All tried. Followed by take home tubs of gelato/ icecream chosen from regularly changing house-made display.Enjoyed a late afternoon coffee and chat with a friend when all other cafes had closed. Have yet to try their intriguing breakfast smoothies and muesli creations. Janet L-C"

"Hate to write bad reviews but this deserves it. Ordered mild Lamb Biryani but got medium chicken instead. Ordered Roti bread but it was like cardboard and inedible. I rang the restaurant to let them know how unhappy I was with the meal. They offered...to give me Lamb Biryani but as I was travelling through so was not able to take advantage of their offer but it still would not have made up for the horrible meal."

"Stumbled across this place and glad I did. I rate their combination fried rice as the best I’ve ever had. So much flavour and generous with the ingredients. Chunks of chicken, beef and prawns as well as plenty of egg. The satay chicken and vegetables was equally as good. Everything tasted so fresh. Highly recommend!
