What User likes about Acuarium Resort:
Very nice and clean hotel, but customer service was horrible. I got there an hour before check in time so I was told to wait which I understood. When it was time to check in, it took them over an hour to check me in, and they gave me the wrong room so I had to wait for around 30 minutes more for the right room. My reservations were paid throug hotel.com after not being able to.pay via booking.com I got my conf . At the hotel they inputted my conf. it showed the canceled res with booking but did not show my paid receipt. I showed the frontdesk clerk and the on duty Mgr my paid receipt in my cellphone.
