What a joke. I placed an order on the app and drove 20 minutes to pick up my food. Well that was the plan. When I got there at 5 pm, they were closed, lights off, not a soul to be seen. I had to call their corporate office to get a refund, which they told me could take several days. The money actually never came out, so there was no refund needed.
