"Das Ambiente ist wunderbar gemütlich gestaltet und der Küchenchef Max ist ein sehr sympathischer Kerl und nimmt sich Zeit für seine Gäste. Ein großes Lob außerdem, dass es immer Vegetarische Gerichte auf der Karte gibt. Klar sind die Preise kein Pappenstiel, aber dafür kann man echt eine fantastische Qualität und außergewöhnliche Gerichte erwarten. Ich habe bis jetzt noch nie etwas gegessen, was schlecht geschmeckt hat, alles war eine geschmackliche Punktlandung!!"

"Don't hesitate to ask them for the flavors that you want! They're geniuses. I don't know how they they did it but with just couple of vague pointers from my side I had cocktails that were so perfect they filled a hole in my soul. This place was the highlight of my trip in Salzburg."

"Konoba Pinna Nobilis is a new seafood restaurant in Hallein everyone is raving about, so of course we had to see for ourselves. It is a small and cozy restaurant with tasteful interior. The young waitress was particularly charming. While my family ordered the fixed menu, I decided to have fish soup as a starter (the daily special, I didn't know what it would cost), a seafood platter and my dad's dessert from the fixed menu. The soup, accompanied by bread, was good, although I have eaten better. I really enjoyed my seafood platter - grilled shrimp, calamari and scallops with a handful of veggies and potatoes - and I tasted some of the fish from the fixed menu which was also excellent. When I was done with my main course, however, I still felt quite hungry and I wished there had been more potatoes and veggies on my plate. This is something I will never understand: Why do restaurants skimp on the sides? They aren't expensive and they will ensure that the customers leave the restaurant with full bellies.I hoped that the dessert - two slices of chocolate mousse with fresh fruit - would save me but it didn't.When the check came, I was surprised to notice that the fish soup, which was a starter, was that expensive. If I had spent 2€ more I could have eaten the three course fixed menu. It would have been nice of the waitress to point that out to me beforehand.So, while the atmosphere and the seafood at Konoba Pinna Nobilis undoubtedly are very good, they should work on transparency and the amount of sides they put on their plates."

"12.12.2022: We visited the restaurant in 6. Floor of the hotel over the roofs of Berchtesgaden! Friendly welcome, pre-Christmas atmosphere through a great decoration. Competent care by the service ladies, excellent kitchen performance, a culinary experience with excellent wine tasting. A beautiful evening as the end of the Advent hike through the Old Market! Located at the beginning of the historic city centre and opposite the cultural centre, the EDELWEIS in Berchtesgaden is an ideal starting point for all highlights of the region at Watzmann! Spacious elegant rooms, perfect support by friendly and competent staff, culinary pampering all day and a great bar in the lobby! Grandios! Congratulations to Martina Hettegger and your team!"
