"My first impressions of this restaurant after walking in weren't great. I was eating alone and there were plenty of open 2 top tables available but I still had to wait a while to get seated. Looking over the menu, everything seemed to be listed at a premium price. I contemplated leaving, but before I could, my server arrived and took my drink order. I resigned to stay and decided to order the biscuits and gravy. Y'all, they need to serve it with more gravy because that was the best gravy I've had since I left Mama's house. The biscuits were tall and fluffy with a nice crunchy top and a fluffy center. I'm hooked. The service, while slow, was great and my server was very pleasant. It's started out rough but it ended great."

"So disappointed with this place, frim server , who had no knowledge of the dishes, to the actual food , which tasted awful. 2 appetizers , both flavorless, halibut special was needlessly over seasoned and the pork Chop was so tough , it was inedible. "I have stopped here on a laune for a late lunch. omg, that may be part of the best brisket I ever had, and the riders are also seriously addicted. really everything was so delicious and the staff was very friendly. it's almost an hour away from our house, but I have the feeling that we make a stop when we are in the opposite of now, just try more black boar bbq."
