Old Chicago Pizza Taproom - Bettendorf

I ordered the Classic individual sized pizza on thin crust. It has pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and garlic on it. It was just okay. I prefer pizza with more cheese. I also thought it was odd the way it was cut into 9 very small pieces. I felt like it was cut for a kid. Our waitress was nice and it was not busy at all for a Saturday at dinner time.

I went there just for an individual pizza. I got the ground beef and pepperoni. At first it looked like your normal pizza until I took a bite into the pizza and wow it was good. The pizza was so good I decided to eat the piece of cheesecake that's on their menu and that was secondly delicious. Thanks for caring about your place and the food. It was a treat.

Rocky start as the hostess was MIA, but one of the servers picked up the ball and seated us after a few minutes. The Chcago 7 pizza was great though slightly shy of cheese for our tastes. The standout highlight was our server Jordan who did an absolute STELLAR job taking care of us while sporting a warm and uplifting smile throughout the restaurant. Best server we've had anywhere for a long, long time. 5 Stars to Jordan!

So incredibly disappointed with the service we received. I placed an online order that said my food would be ready in 25 minutes. I did not receive the food until 50 minutes after I placed my order. The restaurant was dead. There was one for top in the bar and three tables of four or less in the main dining area. no hostess, no bartender. The employees were all acting confused about who I was and what my order was. Then when I got home, I was missing two side orders of french fries. It’s too bad that the food is so good because the service is so poor that I won’t return.
