What User likes about Ima:
The food wasn’t flavorful. I didn’t realize the shabu shabu wagyu beef was cooked in a broth either (my mistake) but I wasn’t a fan of how it was prepared. It tasted plain. We also ordered many of the appetizers beforehand and they lacked flavor and substance too. Maybe fine dining is suppose to be plain but I was disappointed by the food (especially given the price). What Seakille doesn't like about Ima:
This is a place to come on a very special occasion. You should know ahead of time that they specialize in cooking Wagyu beef at the table and that the specialties are delicious, but extremely salty, fat laden, and caloric.
