La Gondola - Beverly Hills

We're here yesterday. the food was excellent. superb. I was impressed by the fastness to be served. the size of the meal was great, and the ambiente and the staff were second place.

Seriously bartender and management. the owner of this restaurant is terrible! I ate one night and it was very nice! I personally asked him to turn the air conditioning on the whole explosion, he said it was. when we were very uncomfortable, we ordered a round mojitos- terrible- not a real mojitio- it was as if we were to drink lemon minze kool help. we returned them to get margaritas, again it tasted like mixed limonade. we have been calculated for everything, even if we want the mojitos and Margaritas if they want a kosher steak, they go to bocca im tal - ingenious barkeeper- not like the 40-year-old barkeeper in la gondola who was hit on my 17-year-old son. steaks cooked to perfection and professional management that their customers want to be happy and come back! it is not a wonder why la gondola not every time I have been there recently, but after the last time I will not be back!

They had run out of veal and fish which was a bummer. Presentation of food was prettier before Covid but still delicious..expensive increase) but we were prepared. Wish there was a variety on desserts but otherwise great to get out and celebrate in a classy looking restaurant with outdoor seating too! We look forward to next time..
