We had a very enjoyable meal, particularly because of our very likable server. The steaks were good, too. But the Caesar salads were made with water-logged, mushy chopped lettuce that had obviously been sitting in water. It was inedible. Also, the cavernous restaurant was almost empty. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Palm Beverly Hills:
We sat for about 25 minutes without even being offered water, though we did get bread. I had to complain to the manager after leaving who asked me to come back. we did, and it was much better service after that, but I was really surprised initially at the lack of attention we got after that the meal was delicious.
