The cook creates dishes with unusual combinations of taste and textures that go so well together, it is likely that you have a culinary epiphany; You can be at a loss for words as you sit over your dining room partner trying to describe what you have just felt. It is a very creative and daring cook, but also with a fine aesthetic expression. The aged beef retreat was better than many Wagyus I cost. The staff is attentive, helpful and very efficient. The ambience was warm with a decor that is different and distinctive; not pompous, but modern and elegant. Well, with the visit and very merit of a Michelin star."
