What User doesn't like about Shambhala Restaurant:
I went here on the day I arrived to Mcleodganj and we ordered for thukpa and momos thinking that since it is their forte it would be great but I was really disappointed with the momos. They were huge and the filling also not at all appetising.The thukpa was good.But their breakfast is something worth giving a try. One must definitely try their spanish omlettes and mocha. The pan cakes were too thick and not so great. read more.

We were attracted by the sunlight streaming in from the back terrace... this is a little oasis! Amazing coffee, tsampa, porridge and fresh fruit, buckwheat panc...

"A basic restaurant. Not too sure why everyone seems to love it. It's a fairly unclean place, including the table cloths, menus and general sitting space the same. Small menu and food is brought out too fast. Ordered veg curry and rice. Some of it was cold and it was literally presented as someone vomited on a plate. Just dropped all over the plate, like it was prison food. No one seems to really care much, staff wise. The food is cheap enough. That's about the only upside, but dont expect much else here."
