My family and I ate here while staying recently in Bienne..nice terrace right in the centre of the old town, simple but good food, prices not too bad by the exhorbitant Swiss standards, and very good service. We'll be back one day ! View all feedback.
What susa doesn't like about Pfauen:
Service friendly, ambience ok, main courses good and nicely prepared. Starter autumn salad with cottage cheese, nuts and pears for 12.50, which I ordered without fruit. I received green lettuce bathed in a white garlic salad sauce together with a maximum of 2 teaspoons of cottage cheese and two walnut halves. And that even after my complaint for CHF 12.50. I've been to Pfauenessen twice since the change of tenant and can only recommend it. Very fine food and charming service.
