"While staying at the Scarlet Pearl I was able to enjoy the Sunday Jazz Brunch. The staff was friendly and helpful. My waiter was very attentive and made sure everything was as I wanted it. There were great menu options. I chose the Deep Fried, Banana Stuffed French Toast, It was filled with Nutella and was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed the original Bloody Mary and they spiced it just like I like it. The whole experience was divine."

"My wife and I ate lunch here today Sept 30. while traveling from New Orleans .The restaurant was full inside other than 2 4 seat tables. There were 3 couples waiting. We asked the second group if they would like to eat with us and that would allow another young couple to be seated as well without a wait. The 2 young ladies worked together at the VA hospital I believe and called theirselves the twins. They told us one of them was in the Navy and the other was in the Air Force and they each had jokes about the others military choices. They told us about the menu since they were regulars there and had several recommendations .We truly enjoyed their company and we had great service and excellent food as well. By the time we left we were able to speak to everyone in the restaurant and compare and even try their meals as well. We really enjoyed meeting the people that frequent this restaurant for lunch which truly means good food and service brings good people. If you want a great lunch with great service and nice people, this should be your spot. Thanks and hope to see you soon."
