We enjoyed our long stay at Palace Casino Resort. The staff was phenomenal, welcoming and helpful. Checking in was easy, our clean and spacious room was waiting for us. Housekeeping was amazing. Just had my vocher stolen out of machine. I have lived in Las Vegas , Worked in Biloxi at a major hotel, we travel down to Biloxi once a month from GA. Just seems like the casino could care less.
