What Jeff likes about El Pollo Loco:
Very clean inside and out. They even have flowers on the tables. The service was great, very nice and intelligent people working. A woman even came around the lobby to check on everyone and how their meals were. Super friendly. All the food was delicious and very fresh. My favorite El Pollo Loco throughout all of my travels! What Michael S doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
They did not make what I specifically ordered online. The meat was not cooked properly.The worst part was that when I reported it to the manager he only apologized and offered nothing in return.So I guess it meant too bad you didn't like your food but we are not going to replace it for you...!
