Just amazing. We took the train up as it was complimentary during Covid. Found this restaurant up in the hills. Stunning views. This place is a Gem the owner really should restore the glory, don't just look at profitability, go for reputation. You have decent chefs even staff but the quality of food is poor. What SkyserUK doesn't like about Pleiades Sud:
With a mixed party of skiers and non-skiers and only one train an hour back to Vevey, we found ourselves spending more time than we expected in the restaurant. The highlight was the macaroni for lunch which was very filling and tasty. Disappointing that they could not offer vin chaud and the service was indifferent at best. View all feedback.
