Finally got to try The Big Cheeze at the Hartsburg Pumpkin Festival and sorry to say I was a bit disappointed! I've seen so much hype for this truck, yet flavors were very lacking. I got the Pig Mac. Bread just tasted like straight oil, which I could get around if the fillings were good. Not a whole lot of pulled pork on the sammy or sauce. The mac and cheese was bland.
