I don’t know if it’s because of the clothes I had on or because I’m a black man, but the man servicing the order’s completely ignored me while smacking his fist on the counter. 3 other men came up who were Hispanic; he made eye contact with them and took their service.This encounter was very disrespectful and unexpected. I was a customer for about 7 years...but on March 27, 2024...I had a terrible experience, the chicken was raw...I went back 3 times to change it and it came out...
