I recently had the unfortunate experience of throwing away an ice cream for the first time in my life. The quality was very poor and the prices were exorbitant. A child-sized portion cost $6.50 for a subpar product. View all feedback.
Mackenzie makes ice cream good again!! We loved our ice cream. Although the staff was masked, they smiled underneath. Let the masks breathe!! That's Florida not NY!
They have a phenomenal selection of tasty treats plus toys and gifts. It is worth going there to have some amazing treats and to see the decor. We spent like $60 for 5 people. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend !
So many great ice cream flavors! The staff was very friendly and when I told them my son's name was Sloan, they gave me a free reusable bag. Will definitely be going back

I recently came there today for the second time it was a great visit the girl who helped me was so nice and she gave me a recommendation I didn’t even have to ask she was so sweet and considerate her name was Nicole t also the store smells like birthday cake and the stuffed animals that I got also smell like birthday cake I love it
