What User likes about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
We were so impressed with this location! Not sure if it was the manager working at the time, but this guy was upbeat, personable and kind. He loaded us up and was happy the entire time. Food was delicious. We haven?t been to a chipotle inBoise for years, since our last experience at a different location was horrible, BUT we?ll be back to this one. read more.

What User doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
Interrupted me in the middle of ordering to tell me they were now only taking online orders. Also were out of rice an offered me to have just plain rice because she didn?t know how to add the cilantro/lime I think these issues are coming fromshort-staffing but Chipotle needs to do better to properly staff their locations if that?s the case. Its a really badexperience to have as a consumer. read more.
