What User likes about Gyro Shack:
service is great. the food is excellent! quality is a level above pita pit. slightly more expensive than a few years ago, but the price increase is comparable to every other restaurant out there right now. its 4/5 instead of 5/5 because they removed the veggie side option. i loved being able to have a mostly healthy meal here, but now the sides are just carbs (pita) or fried carbs (fries). still love the gyros though... "I grew up across the original Reed's Dairy in Idaho Falls, and have always loved their ice cream! Hands down the best I have ever had. My biggest problem with Reed's is the serving size of their scoops. They are either directly related to the generosity and/or strength of the individual serving you, or or they are instructed to give modest sized scoops and SOMETIMES I get someone who feels charitable. For as much as it costs, dang ... make it worth it! As far as customer service goes, it really depends on who you get. I feel for the most part it's usually a bunch of teens who don't excel in social skills. I don't want a Dutch Bros experience, but at least sort of act like you care that I am there. Aside from those two things, love their stuff!"

"Wine selection is okay, at best; the food is mediocre and very expensive for what you get and they forgot one of our cheeses; and the service is slow (45 minutes to get a cheese platter that was smaller than small). "Okay, best nachos I?ve had in a long time! They make sure every chip is covered they are piled high. All 3 of us couldn?t finish them. We grabbed two pretzels as well. The cheesy sauce for the pretzels is the best around! The pretzels tasted very fresh too, not something you?d get from the store. Staff was great! Clam chowder was good too! Can?t wait to try out more things here."
