"The Dover Sole was served ... Five small floured, fried to a crisp filets of unrecognizable fish, definitely not Dover Sole. I mean I had to use my partner's serrated steak knife to saw through the tough filets. It was served on a large mound of wilted spinach, my guess is that it was to compensate for the small portions of crispy fish filets. The tableful spoon of sauce was pooled at one side of the plate. It could have been spooned over the crispy fish filets to at least try and mask what should have been a sautÃed filet of Dove Sole, as was the tantalizing description on the specials menu. If the Chef, and I'm being generous here, had any self respect, she/he should have done so. On the other extreme the grilled calamari was excellent fresh, a good char, tender, and just enough balsamic glaze on the bed of mixed greens as to not overpower the flavorful char-kissed squid. The restaurant was busy, so its very possible that other patrons had a better experience than me. When asked, immediately after service, how my dinner was, I explained to our helpful server what my issue with a plate of fried fish over wilted spinach was, her answer... I'll let the kitchen know and that was the extent of that. As a footnote my female partner was mortified at the pleasant exchange. It was my partner's choice of restaurant ... third date. I ate the crispy filets and closed my eyes and imagined Long John Silver and just maybe a fourth date. Bon appetit!"

"Very slow careless service here. I was the only one in the drive through and it took 10 minutes for them to take my order and another 15 minutes to hand me my watery shake and I asked for no whipped cream and they gave me whipped cream, then they took it back and scooped some whipped cream out and stirred the rest in and gave it back to me with no straw or spoon. The shake tasted horrible and watery so I brought it in for a refund. There were 6 employees standing around, and the place was filthy. I took some pictures to give you an idea. This place is very unsanitary, and if I were you, I would think again before coming to this location. I wonder what the city building health department would think."
