"Today I had a piece of victoria sponge cake omg it was so delicious I had another disc the sponge was beautiful. one of the strawberries was delicious I b with another disctomo, if there is any left I love this place that eat is excellent and the staff nice a friendly tasty eating"

"Some of the nicest falafel I've ever had. Clearly can see large coriander seeds and chopped up herbs in it. I walked in so can't speak for their delivery, but definitely try the falafel. Delicious."

"This restaurant has a wonderful relaxing atmosphere, the personal welcomes it with warmth and offers an excellent service. the meal is made very special by small extras between the curses that give them time to cook their food to perfection. the menu is a little expensive, but it is very good worth for the experience that they have the first cure of flower cauliflower pakora with rust puree was spicy but not excessive. the aromen were added. my main course of Barnsley-Cop, pure and sautekartoffeln was excellent. the chiff was juicy and the heap puree was fresh, creamy and full of taste. my brother enjoyed his plage with sparing and pancetta. I was too full of dessert, but almost changed my mind when the dark chocolate mousse of my brother arrived with orange sorbet. the service was right, attentive, but not overdue."

"This is a lovely surprise. A tearoom situated in a fairly modern shop building but when you enter you get the lovely feeling of it being a proper little tea room. You are greeted by a counter full of tempting cakes supported by a warm and cheery welcome from the owner who can't do enough to help. The front part is set out in the usual tea room fashion and the back room is set out in the feel of a wartime sitting room with ration books as a menu. Loads of memorabilia adds to the atmosphere.Plenty of tea in nice china and the afternoon tea itself is served on traditional stands. You get a choice of sandwich fillings and type of bread and then the scones are served with a choice of jam and proper clotted cream (essential for a genuine afternoon tea) followed by a cake of your choosing. And what a choice there is. All very reasonably priced too. Highly recommended."
