This is a good place to stop for a bite to eat and have a drink. However, if you're going to eat here, make sure you starve yourself two days prior to going because the serving sizes are very generous - almost American size portions.There was only one person doing everything when I was there, but she did an excellent job of everything. read more.

We like to give all the local eateries a fair shake (spread the $$$s around type of thing) so it was in this spirit we dropped in for a late breakfast after a swim. The staff were friendly and as the place wasn't that busy we figured "how bad could it be". Ordered poached eggs on toast and their "eggs Benny". "Always eat at Beardys whenever at Redcliffe. Best burgers around. Craft beer on tap and the menu has grown over the years to include hot dogs as well. Brisket is now cooking out the front. Excellent food."

"Just enjoyed a fantastic dinner here. Lucky enough to have a chat with the owner. So friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. The gnocchi was the best ever...I don't order it usually but it was a suggestion so went with it....delicious! The mains were generously sized and delicately flavoured. The dessert...yes, we made room for it...was so delectable. A custard pie of sorts not from the oven, served with strawberries, chocolate chips (actual chocolate chipped up) and ice cream. Honestly the best! You can taste the love in every dish served. Thank you for a great meal... we enjoyed the conversation too."

"Wow! what an amazing culinary experience. chef yugi put an impressive show of abilities that eating was delicious (the eye filet steak melted literally in the mouth), and we even have some games to play during the meal. such a unique experience in a beautiful location. I would recommend a visit at tempest teppanyaki grill. vegetarian options: vegetarian options were available. child-friendly kid: friendly, however, since the grill is right in front of the diners, and there are flames during the cooking process, they cannot let young children run around: they should sit or stay in a high chair. the children who were at our meeting (approx. 8 and 10) had a great time. Parking: free parking in front of the spot or parking available. dietary restrictions: during the ordering process everyone was asked whether he has any food requirements. I am lactose intolerant and they were not only willing to take me, but were fully aware of what I could and could not have on their menu."
