What Katherine W doesn't like about Kfc:
Very rude. Pais 18$ for 2 meals. Didn't come with a drink or side. Drink was out,nothing but carbonation,wanted to charge 25cents for 1 ranch after we paid for 2 meals! Want to get am attitude an be rude when we were just asking a question about what the meal comes with. No wonder its empty an not much buisness. Don't see this location lasting much longer without drastic changes! View all feedback.

My husband ordered a 12 peace family meal. And when he got home there was only 7 pieces of chicken. Not good when he called the manager said he’d fix it. My husband told him our daughter would come get the missing pieces. When she got there the workers were rude to her then the manager finally came out of the office and fixed the order. The other problem was the chicken was dried out like it had been sitting all day. The fixings were good. I think they all need more training. This KFC is going down hill big time.
Stopped by and grabbed some food and decided to enjoy the beautiful day by eating outside. The food was great! Only thing had been left out of our order and my hubby went back inside and they took care of it,missing a biscuit. After eating I went to the bathroom and my door to the stall had 3 different locks on it and not one of them actually locked the door so I'm sitting there hoping no one comes in. The trash cans were overflowing too! Other than that everything was great!
Most ridiculous thing to get an order and go up the mountain. To fin no mac and cheese which is the only thing my kids wanted. Spent over $50 and was told on the phone they would refund the money. They refused in store to then refund the money. Appalling for general manager to lie to a costumer this way. Me to waist an hour of time to come into the store for A refund. They should be able todo this over the phone.
Went yesterday and ordered two $6 meals. Ended up paying $19 instead of $12. Girl says the $6 meal has dark meat. Why did she give us a choice. Just another rip off place in Boone! Will NEVER go back!!!
